Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Typhon Labs application ("App") or visiting our website typhonlabs.net ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Typhon Labs provides an Android application that integrates multiple artificial intelligence services including AI chat, image generation, video creation, music generation, face swap, and utility tools. The App connects to third-party AI providers to process user requests.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and verify it via OTP code.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

4. Subscription Plans & Tokens

Free Plan: 2 tokens per day, 100 chat words per day. Advertisements are displayed.
Paid Plans (Basic/Standard/Premium/VIP): Monthly subscriptions with increased daily token allocations and no advertisements.
Tokens reset daily at midnight (server time). Unused daily tokens do not carry over.
Token Shop: Available only to paid subscribers. Purchased tokens do not expire and are consumed after daily tokens.
All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
Prices may be adjusted with prior notice. Active subscriptions are honored until their renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services to:

Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or threatening content
Create content that exploits or harms minors
Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of real persons
Impersonate others or create deepfakes for deception or fraud
Spam, harass, or abuse other users in Global Chat
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, bans, or security measures
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We employ automated and manual moderation to enforce these Terms.
Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans (1h to 72h), permanent mute, or account termination.
Severe violations (e.g., CSAM, fraud) result in immediate permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.
Bans may include IP and device blocking to prevent re-registration.
Moderation decisions are at our sole discretion.

7. Global Chat

Your Global Chat nickname is permanent and cannot be changed after creation.
You may block other users; blocked users cannot see your messages and vice versa.
Chat rooms are limited to 20 members per instance for stability.
We reserve the right to delete messages and ban users from Global Chat independently of app-wide bans.

8. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using the App belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
The App, its design, code, branding, and original music are the property of Typhon Labs.
You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of the App or its components.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any provider. If a provider is unavailable, related features may be temporarily disabled.

10. Limitation of Liability

Typhon Labs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Service Availability

The App requires an active internet connection. We may perform maintenance that temporarily restricts access. We will endeavor to provide advance notice when possible.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Purchased tokens that have not been used are non-refundable upon termination for cause.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.
